Arjun Raghav
Founder & Creative Director
Started as a street dancer in Delhi's underground circuit. Dropped a corporate career in 2018 to build Nritiya Yodha full-time.
Meera Kapoor
Head of Choreography
Kathak-trained for 14 years, then fell for hip hop. Designs the curriculum that every branch follows.
Vikram Sethi
Operations Head
Keeps four branches, 25+ batches and one very chaotic group chat running on schedule.
Dev Malhotra
Noida Branch Head
The flagship's floor captain â you'll find him teaching the 5 PM hip hop batch or fixing the speaker.
Tanya Bhalla
Delhi Branch Head
Bollywood and contemporary lead. Her Annual Day routines regularly break the internet (and the stage).
Rehan Qureshi
Music & Production
Builds every mix, edit and soundscape the academy performs to â live sets included.
How Leadership Works
Every branch head came up through the floor â none of our leaders were hired purely from an office. Teaching hours are part of every leadership role, by policy.
Quarterly town halls bring all four branches together to review curriculum, student feedback and what gets changed next.
