Acceptance Of Terms
By using this website or enrolling in a Nritiya Yodha class, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued enrolment after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Classes & Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed only after payment and completion of the registration form. Batch slots are first-come, first-served and may be capped for quality.
- Free trial applies once per person, per branch
- Memberships are non-transferable between individuals
- Missed classes can be made up within the same month
- We may reschedule or cancel classes; affected students are informed in advance
Payments & Refunds
Fees are payable in advance for the chosen membership period. If you discontinue within the first 7 days of a fresh membership, we refund the amount minus the classes attended.
After 7 days, fees are non-refundable, though branch/batch transfers within the same period are free.
Conduct & Safety
Students are expected to respect fellow dancers, instructors and studio property. Hateful or abusive behaviour results in termination without refund.
Participation in physical activity is at your own risk; please disclose relevant medical conditions before joining a batch.
